Superb! We had to contact Tom due to an issue with a flat roof. I messaged Tom, he called me back and had a long conversation about our issue and what we should say to the people who were asked to repair the issue (we were in a four year old new build). He actually knew the people that installed the roof.
Hugely approachable, clear and knowledgable. A top bloke through and through, clearly passionate about his craft.

Tom has been excellent since we first contacted him providing us with great advice and support in resolving our flat roof issue. Tom went out of his way to visit our property, even though he was struggling with a recent injury, to review and diagnose our roof defect. He then assisted us further by specifying a cost-effective solution and recommending a suitable manufacturer. He has continued to keep in touch checking the installation has been completed to our satisfaction. Tom is a top guy and will go out of his way to not let you down.

Tom came to do a roof survey at Woodlesford primary school, great bloke, knows exactly what he's talking about and produced us an excellent roof survey so we know exactly what we need to do going forward. The aftersales communication was also excellent and the few issues that need sorting Tom was happy to give us his expertise on. Would definitely recommend

Tom was excellent, gave great professional advice. Confirmed the issue and passed us onto to recommended roofers for quotation. Would highly recommend for no nonsense approach and clarity on issue which we have been long trying to work out.

Tom from Yorkshire Roofing Surveys was really helpful. He clearly knows his roofing after 40 years in the trade, and went over and above what we had expected to help us out.

They provided a top service for me surveying some roofing work I had done recently. They delivered a lot of aftercare in addition to the roofing survey provided giving my case strength going forward. Tom was direct and able to provide advice on a wide range of questions asked.

I commissioned a survey from Yorkshire Roofing Surveyors due to a water ingress issue affecting my neighbours property as a result of my own dormer having being recently re-roofed.

Despite it being close to Christmas Tom was very responsive, accommodating a visit to the property at short notice prior to the Christmas holiday, and providing a degree of reassurance for me over the holiday period.

He has consistently provided excellent and timely feedback and communications to both myself and my neighbour on the issue faced, and demonstrated a strong interest throughout in obtaining a satisfactory resolution of the issue for me.

His strong roofing knowledge and expertise on the issue, and how it should be resolved to the expected standard was reflected clearly and concisely in the report he produced. This.has resulted in the roofing company visiting promptly to rectify the problem once they had been provided with a copy, and I am pleased with the outcome.

Toms report and knowledge of the court system is what eventually got my cowboy roofers to come back and fix my roof after they did a shoddy job.
