From the first phone call to the end result after the survey was a First class service. I had a leaking roof, I paid a company to repair the roof but the issue was not resolved, I called Yorkshire Roofing Surveyors to survey the full roof and diagnose what the problem was and how it can be resolved. From the first call to the full survey report was completed within 7 days. The original company came back out and fixed the leaking roof with info gained from the report. Highly recommend..
We contacted Tom Pitman for an independent roof survey in the middle of a court case with a roofer. Tom was very professional on the job, speaking to both us and the roofer separately to get a thorough understanding of the works that had taken place. in addition, the role involved fault-finding latent defects in the existing roof construction whilst being uncovered and removed then compiled into a formal document to support a legal challenge for financial damages against the previous design and build contractor.
